Awarded 2 stars by the prestigious Michelin Guide, Chef Marcel Ravin offers a bold repertoire at the restaurant Blue Bay, with a cuisine that features a fusion of Caribbean and Mediterranean flavours. Indoors, the open kitchen gives a glimpse into the chef and brigade's hustle and bustle behind the scenes. Outdoors, customers can admire the sea view from the panoramic terrace.   A Michelin-starred restaurant… Like the conductor of an orchestra, Marcel Ravin directs the flavours, blending flavours with an artistic flair, creativity and passion. His gourmet aromas resound with originality and daring. Examples include the unmissable signature dish, "Œuf Monte-Carlo" organic egg with cassava, truffle and passion fruit; and the Blue Bay classic "The chocolate of my childhood"… As part of the Menu à la carte, these Blue Bay dishes will take you on a culinary journey.   The tableware is part of the culinary experience… Chef Marcel Ravin worked with a ceramicist from his native island to create bespoke tableware that tell a story. It took Peggy Desmeules and Marcel Ravin a year to design and create these unique pieces - tangible, tactile and inspiring representations of the depths of the Caribbean Sea - that are a focal point of the culinary experience the Chef offers.   A unique sensory experience… Take part in an experiment in spontaneity and bold flavours with La Table de Marcel, a tête-à-tête with the Chef and his team as they create an extraordinary menu just for you.

Passing through the doors of Buddha Bar Monte-Carlo is going on a journey to far east Asia. The warm colours, Buddha statue and lounge ambience are perfect for relaxing and having a great time. Thai and Japanese cuisine are showcased in a menu that mixes Asian flavours.   The breathtaking decor includes a 7-metre-high ceiling, different kinds of wood, sculptures, cornices, stucco and gilding. Not to mention an impressive host: a colossal Buddha from Asia, in a meditation pose. Two open-air terraces complete this other-worldly setting. The best way to enjoy the sweet summer nights!   An elegant musical design… At Buddha-Bar Monte-Carlo, Papadia Donato, aka DJ Papa, is an iconic figure. Behind the booth, the resident DJ overlooks the Lounge Bar, distilling a minimalist musical fragrance, a subtle blend of lounge, chill out and world music, delicately embellished with ethnic or electro beats.   A restaurant with exotic flavours... Enjoy sashimi, maki, sushi and other Asian culinary delights from China, Japan, Thailand and South-East Asia while sipping some sake or signature cocktail.  With the help of his brigade our Chef Éric Guillemaud combines Asian flavours with French gastronomic excellence.   The story behind it all: the bar stands where the old Cabaret de Monte-Carlo used to be at the beginning of the century, a theatre/concert hall in the Casino de Monte-Carlo itself.

Elsa, a restaurant at the heart of nature…   An intimate venue nestled at the heart of the Monte-Carlo Beach, Relais & Châteaux, the restaurant Elsa is one of the Riviera’s hidden gems. Inside, the décor, designed by India Mahdavi, is elegant and timeless. The azure shades delicately bring to mind the contours of the Mediterranean coastline. From the terrace, time stands still for a delicious moment as the sea spreads before you as far as the eye can see. In the summer, you can choose to dine cocooned in the cool indoors or to sit out on the magnificent terrace beneath the stars.   With its sustainable fine dining, Elsa is an ode to the seasons, local produce and short supply chains; a restaurant inspired by nature, enhanced by delicate creativity. Conceived as a summer paradise, where the rhythm of your day follows the lapping of the waves, Elsa is inspired by the Mediterranean art of living, the surrounding pine forest and its unique ecosystem. Diners come to Elsa to enjoy refined cuisine with conviction, in a welcoming atmosphere. Elsa is also awarded "Ethical and Environmental Responsibility Prize" by La Liste during the Special Mediterranean Awards 2023.   The menu, by Mélanie Serre, pays tribute to nature. The vegetables come from the Domaine d’Agerbol kitchen garden, high up in Roquebrune, and are accompanied by fish and meat chosen with consideration for the environment and animal welfare. For Elsa, chef Melanie Serre was named “A Great of Tomorrow 2023” by the famous restaurant guide Gault & Millau. The restaurant was awarded a score of 14.5/20 and 2 toques.

Located on the ground floor of Hôtel de Paris Monte‑Carlo, the restaurant Em Sherif Monte‑Carlo offers a sensory excursion that highlights an authentic Lebanese - Mediterranean cuisine in a warm and lively ambiance, with a breathtaking view of the big blue. With a cuisine inspired by the unique story of Mireille Hayek, founder of Em Sherif, who pays tribute to her roots and excellence through an authentic approach. Her daughter, Yasmina Hayek, is continuing the family history and has taken on the role of Executive Chef at Em Sherif Monte-Carlo.  Em Sherif Monte-Carlo is also opening new horizons, respecting its roots, the voyage between the lines. Inspired by tradition, the dishes share a message. Calligraphy adorns every detail with poetry. A thoughtful array to gently transport you in a sweet dream of the Middle East.    Practical Information & Dress Code Dress code: Casual Chic (shorts are not allowed in the evening)  We love dogs, but they are not permitted in the restaurant

Enjoy the healthy dishes on the terrace as you admire Monaco Port and the Rock.   Healthy and tasty food...Our chef has created a menu of delicious light meals to enjoy that showcase our gluten-free, green detox and sustainably-caught seafood dishes.   Destination: the Mediterranean The L’Hirondelle restaurant offers one of the most beautiful panoramas in Monaco, with an amazing view of the Port and the Rock. The idyllic sun-filled setting is perfect for a delicious gourmet lunch that exudes wellness. The terrace and the restaurant are available for private venue hire and ideal for organising unforgettable private events.  

When it comes to bistronomy, chef Marcel Ravin is setting the tone at L’Orange Verte.   The menu here is a roll call of refined bistro classics – perfect for lunch or dinner on the go in Monaco. Diners can choose from a selection of seasonal starters, beautiful cuts of meat and fish, as well as bistro staples including tartare and burgers.   These delectable dishes can be enjoyed out on the terrace or in the winter garden throughout the day.
